Exactly what we needed. We loved the brand new pool area!Show more Really nice place, handy if doing the theme parks but also close enough to other attractions. Accommodation was more than sufficient.Show more Maria was responsive at first, but when I pointed out some issues (no bath mat or wash cloths, no chef or steak knives), instead of offering to share the cost, she simply advised they were not included. However, in previous messages she advised towels were provided, and her listing indicated dishes & silverware provided! When I advised that I had hoped she would have been more willing to work with us, and suggested considering these items for future guests, I received no reply at all, and did not hear from her again until the day before we checked out!
That being said, the main issue with this apartment was the residual dust in the pillows and furniture, as many members of my family experienced serious allergy attacks any time we sat on the quite uncomfortable couch with any of the large pillows.
Also, the beds and pillows seemed old and were mushy, so we didn’t sleep that well. We bought & left steak & a chef’s knives so we could cook.
