I booked this property for me and my family as a Christmas gift. I have so many great things to say about this rental. It was so clean, super nice, and big enough to fit a large family (we had a party of 8). The host was fantastic and messaged promptly. I paid for heating the pool, and this pool was literally THE perfect temperature. It was a good 85-90 degrees in there. My kids LOVED it. Nice private neighborhood. I will definitely be coming back!

This place was perfect for my family. Reasonable pricing, only about 20-25 minutes to most theme parks and close to airport. Storey Lake Resort pools were excellent. Great location, very responsive host. No issues at all. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful home and great customer service. The location was perfect for us with Publix, Starbucks and Chick Fil A only a 5 min drive away. The security / guards did a great job at making us feel safe and protected while we spent 2 weeks away from home. Would absolutely recommend!

I had a great trip here over a long weekend.  The space is laid out very functionally and our 4 year old loved his Mickey room.  Everything was spotless and clean.  And when I had a question, the host was very responsive.  It’s great if you want to go to the park with the kids then head back for the night.

Had a great stay!  The home was as described and totally met our needs. Great communication right from booking until the end of our stay. Fabio’s team was also particularly helpful when we ran into a couple of issues that required maintenance. Perfect location, easy walking distance to the clubhouse (my 4yo made it several times with no problems). There are lots of signs warning of crocs and we had the privilege of seeing one up close right behind the property, so be careful on those walks! The townhouse is great - quiet, it felt clean, comfy beds, lots of space. We had one small issue with the tub not draining well and they had a handyman there within a couple of hours which impressed me. We hope to stay again!

The unit was just as described and pictured! Clean and stocked with the basics needed to get you through the first few days of your stay. Nice to have some pool towels too! Was glad we didn’t have to go out and buy some for our 10 day stay. The resort pool and lazy river is the perfect way to relax. This area is close to the Disney parks but feels very private and secluded. Close to many great restaurants and shopping too! Maria was very quick to respond when I had some questions as well! Great host! Would recommend staying here.

This is a nice house, only 10 minutes from Disney, with enough space for the 4 adults and 2 kids on our trip. The private pool is small but was just right for our 2 kids at 2 and 4 years old. We were happy with the accommodations and would stay again.

Overall nice spot on 2nd floor.  Accurate to the pictures.  As others have posted, no wash cloths, never have had to bring my ow so glad other reviews mentioned it.  The toilet paper was also the absolute cheapest/thinnest of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve seen.  Aside from those things, actual place was nice and good location for what I needed.  Visit the burger place in front parking lot.  Also convenient to Publix for any needed supplies.  Would stay again especially if the convenience items were slightly improved.

Nice enough apartment. Floors were dirty and not cleaned before we arrived and by the state of it not cleaned in a long time. My feet were black walking from the bedroom to the living room. Balcony lights didn’t work and bedroom lights faulty. Sofa was disgusting with dirty marks over it all and not cleaned. Duvet was only covered in a sheet, not bedclothes and I doubt the duvet was a clean one after previous rental. Felt unclean sitting in the living room on dirty seats and pillows and unknown cleanliness of bedding.

The property was a great location for visiting the parks and easy touch-down point after a long day, however, was not an overwhelmingly comfortable and relaxing home.  The couch was as pictured, but not a comfortable area to watch television.  The hallway/corridor to the apartment was quite smelly as there were trash bins in the hallway outside every apartment...the bathrooms were not clean (mold in the shower door frames) and upon our arrival, the master bathroom and bedroom smelled of dirty feet or mold, we called the number to submit a complaint, and it took 4 hours and 4 phone calls for someone to show up and re-clean the bathroom (which we never used during the trip, and did not use the bedroom either due to the smell).  While the complex pool was lovely, we did not get to spend much time there!  Overall a nice vacation, but would not choose to rent this specific unit again due to the cleanliness and response time to try and remedy the issue...wish they would have just assigned us another unit and did a deep clean for the next renters. My stay here was incredibly smooth, from check-in to check-out. We encountered no issues throughout our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and conveniently located. The pool was also a great addition. The host even extended our check-out time without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
