We enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. There were minor maintenance issues, lightbulbs out, remotes with dead batteries, and the fridge filter needed to be replaced. Maria took care of these issues right away. We would definitely stay here again.

My team had a great stay at this house. The themed rooms are fun, pool is refreshing, community lazy river and volleyball is great, and many food options nearby. The house comes with many appliances. We had trouble with the toaster, but the same day a new replacement was brought and the problem was fixed immediately. This is a solid house with reliable service and a great location. Highly recommend!

Great host - quickly responded to my questions , the space was very comfortable clean and upscale interior. My son left his medication in the drawer in the house and we didn’t realize until about an hour after check out - the host quickly responded to my request to re enter the house to retrieve the medication.

We had a great stay this past weekend! The location was incredibly convenient to the parks and surrounded by plenty of dining options, which made everything really easy for our trip. The home itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family —having four bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We were only there for the weekend so we didn’t need much, but everything was exactly as expected. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely book with this host again!

We had a great stay before we hopped on a cruise with our kids. We only had one issue - we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t quite ready since it’s a newer place. We heard it would be ready in days after our stay the building was just waiting for permits with the city. The listing was a little confusing about the pool situation but hopefully that’s resolved now so future guests can enjoy.

Great stay.   Loved this home.  Stayed here while having some adventures at Sea World, Aquatica, Old Town (just down the street), Disney Springs and Gatorland.  We added heating the pool and use of the outdoor grill.  Both were great additions and recommend.   Would def stay here again.

Maria was a great host and very responsive. It was wonderful waking up to a heated pool for our two young boys and grandma. Lots of space, clean and location was close to one of the two pools. Kids loved the water slides and adults loved the second pool. If you like the champions gate area, this place was great. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay.

Maria’s house was wonderful! It had plenty of space for our large group to relax comfortably, with enough bedrooms to meet our needs. The themed rooms were fun, and the location was convenient with nearby grocery stores. Maria was also very responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The only downsides were that the hot tub never got very warm, which was disappointing, and the pool area faces a parking lot that wasn’t visible in the photos—we expected a more private view. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the house, especially if the hot tub issue is fixed.

Overall nice spot on 2nd floor.  Accurate to the pictures.  As others have posted, no wash cloths, never have had to bring my ow so glad other reviews mentioned it.  The toilet paper was also the absolute cheapest/thinnest of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve seen.  Aside from those things, actual place was nice and good location for what I needed.  Visit the burger place in front parking lot.  Also convenient to Publix for any needed supplies.  Would stay again especially if the convenience items were slightly improved.

Maria was responsive at first, but when I pointed out some issues (no bath mat or wash cloths, no chef or steak knives), instead of offering to share the cost, she simply advised they were not included. However, in previous messages she advised towels were provided, and her listing indicated dishes & silverware provided! When I advised that I had hoped she would have been more willing to work with us, and suggested considering these items for future guests, I received no reply at all, and did not hear from her again until the day before we checked out! That being said, the main issue with this apartment was the residual dust in the pillows and furniture, as many members of my family experienced serious allergy attacks any time we sat on the quite uncomfortable couch with any of the large pillows. Also, the beds and pillows seemed old and were mushy, so we didn’t sleep that well. We bought & left steak & a chef’s knives so we could cook. Good for users who don’t require many amenities.
