Wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and comfy. Felt like home. Wide open spaces. Lots of room. We had six of us and it was more than enough room. The kids (and Mom and Dad) loved the hangout space on the second floor. Having the master on the main floor was nice. We also enjoyed that it didn’t back up to any other homes and had green space in the back.  The kitchen is huge as well. All around great and highly recommended. We will be back! Thanks

House was beautiful, very spacious and well maintained. Location was close to pool which was nice to be able to walk.

This was a very cute vacation rental, it looks exactly like the pictures, very peaceful and quiet gated community close to everything and everywhere you could possibly want/need to go. Easy to chat with host when needed. Excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment within 10-20min. Took advantage of the dine-in theater nearby as well. Convenient 7-11 gas station about 5min down the road made it easy to grab late night snacks and fill up the rental car when it was time to go. Absolutely massive TV in the master bedroom plus quick and efficient washer/dryer. My guest left an item behind and Maria was quick to let us know the item had been retrieved and she's working on returning it. Would def recommend. Would gladly return if Maria would have us!

Maria was very responsive and proactive, checking in periodically throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described. My only complaint was that the dishes and dinnerware in the cabinet were incomplete. Other than that, the home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. There were a couple of events happening nearby during our stay, so there was occasionally a delay getting into the community, but overall it was still a smooth experience. The location was great, close to several Publix and several restaurant options, and only about a 25–30 minute drive to both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida, which was the main purpose of our trip. We didn’t get a chance to use the community amenities due to time, but they were easy to locate and access. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The area is still under construction so the community play house you would expect to be onsite is the only downfall the property is so spacious the kitchen has lots of utensils the property has nice decore and great for a family gathering.

This weekend for Mother’s Day was beautiful and it was all thanks to this beautiful home, that not only was well maintained but it offered so much. The kids and my wife and our mothers and nieces and nephews enjoyed exploring all the different rooms and all of the decor. Maria place was just like the pictures. Very very clean with lots of space. The house was very peaceful. The shopping store was about 5 min away. We cooked everyday and sat around the pool swam and ate. The Ac in the house was so cold at nights we had to turn it off. We will definitely be back next year. I also love how this place has a been when you open the front door. U put ur trash in the bin and someone comes around everyday and collects the trash.

Such a good spot and a good place to stay for events or just to be with family. WILL be coming back!

Our stay was great! the only feedback would be bring toilet paper, paper towels and wash rags. There wasn't any rags or toilet paper refills. The townhouse is beautiful but could use some new carpet or a deep cleaning. The location was peaceful and serene.

We spent 10 nights here and had a great time. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Our son loved the themed rooms and games room. If we were to return we would choose to heat the pool and have use of the BBQ grill. Had a great time and would recommend to others.

Overall nice spot on 2nd floor.  Accurate to the pictures.  As others have posted, no wash cloths, never have had to bring my ow so glad other reviews mentioned it.  The toilet paper was also the absolute cheapest/thinnest of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve seen.  Aside from those things, actual place was nice and good location for what I needed.  Visit the burger place in front parking lot.  Also convenient to Publix for any needed supplies.  Would stay again especially if the convenience items were slightly improved.

Maria was responsive at first, but when I pointed out some issues (no bath mat or wash cloths, no chef or steak knives), instead of offering to share the cost, she simply advised they were not included. However, in previous messages she advised towels were provided, and her listing indicated dishes & silverware provided! When I advised that I had hoped she would have been more willing to work with us, and suggested considering these items for future guests, I received no reply at all, and did not hear from her again until the day before we checked out! That being said, the main issue with this apartment was the residual dust in the pillows and furniture, as many members of my family experienced serious allergy attacks any time we sat on the quite uncomfortable couch with any of the large pillows. Also, the beds and pillows seemed old and were mushy, so we didn’t sleep that well. We bought & left steak & a chef’s knives so we could cook. Good for users who don’t require many amenities.
