We stayed in this cozy apt for a few days and had an excellent experience. Story lake is a gated community resort style and offers great amenities and is near everything, theme parks, supermarkets. I highly recommend this condo.

The Host was great and was always available. The home is nice and very clean. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet too, which is great after a long day at Disney. Great place to stay make sure to bring a blanket if you like to cuddle on the couch.

The property management team at UNE, especially Maria was so responsive.  Any questions we had, she was quick to answer.  they were also very accommodating.  There was plenty of room to fit our large group.  Parking was a breeze and the community pool and gym was a nice amenity.

The townhome is in an excellent location if traveling to any of the 4 Disney theme Parks.  One of the closest rentals available in the area.  Pool is great for little kids, or adults who just want to sit and soak.  The community pool is also available if you desire a little more space to play and swim.

The house was situated at the end of a cul de sac and was very lovely and clean. The host was very responsive. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was a great space for us to gather and enjoy the holiday together.

We had a brilliant stay at Story Lake, really well located for all the theme parks and a lovely property.<br/>Access was easy and Maria was always really responsive, only minor issue was sometimes late at night nobody responded to the gate call button, but this is out of their hands and we could just walk in but worth bearing in mind if you plan to rent/drive and come back from the parks late at night <br/>Definitely would recommend for a trip to Disney/Universal and Sea World resorts

We go to Storey Lakes quite often and so have many comparisons. We were very happy with this townhouse. The host was quite responsive and assisted with the pool heater quickly, which was soooooo great to have! The beds and pillows were very comfy. Overall, wonderful stay.

The host and house was great, everything was clean and decorated nicely. The only thing was that the bathrooms only came with one toilet paper which wasn’t enough for a family of 8 and there was only one paper towel roll in the kitchen, luckily we brought our own. We also didn’t realize that the heated pool would cost extra. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

This was the absolute best stay I’ve had in Kissimmee. Maria and her home are top tier. She will definitely be my go to for booking in the area from now on. All 7 of my family members and I felt at home. The entire neighborhood was peaceful, clean, and welcoming. Not to mention, once we opened the door we were greeted with welcoming music. My 80+ yr old grandmother slept comfortably and peacefully. I haven’t slept this good in a while. My mother who has low vision enjoyed the big screen TVs . She was able to SEE what she was watching. Everyone has all positive statements! The kitchen was has EVERYTHING you need, especially if you’re a chef! Book your next stay! The description is top tier. The experience was mind blowing and top tier! Thank you Maria for a phenomenal stay.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our holiday meal, and the space was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. Overall nice spot on 2nd floor.  Accurate to the pictures.  As others have posted, no wash cloths, never have had to bring my ow so glad other reviews mentioned it.  The toilet paper was also the absolute cheapest/thinnest of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve seen.  Aside from those things, actual place was nice and good location for what I needed.  Visit the burger place in front parking lot.  Also convenient to Publix for any needed supplies.  Would stay again especially if the convenience items were slightly improved.

Nice enough apartment. Floors were dirty and not cleaned before we arrived and by the state of it not cleaned in a long time. My feet were black walking from the bedroom to the living room. Balcony lights didn’t work and bedroom lights faulty. Sofa was disgusting with dirty marks over it all and not cleaned. Duvet was only covered in a sheet, not bedclothes and I doubt the duvet was a clean one after previous rental. Felt unclean sitting in the living room on dirty seats and pillows and unknown cleanliness of bedding.

The property was a great location for visiting the parks and easy touch-down point after a long day, however, was not an overwhelmingly comfortable and relaxing home.  The couch was as pictured, but not a comfortable area to watch television.  The hallway/corridor to the apartment was quite smelly as there were trash bins in the hallway outside every apartment...the bathrooms were not clean (mold in the shower door frames) and upon our arrival, the master bathroom and bedroom smelled of dirty feet or mold, we called the number to submit a complaint, and it took 4 hours and 4 phone calls for someone to show up and re-clean the bathroom (which we never used during the trip, and did not use the bedroom either due to the smell).  While the complex pool was lovely, we did not get to spend much time there!  Overall a nice vacation, but would not choose to rent this specific unit again due to the cleanliness and response time to try and remedy the issue...wish they would have just assigned us another unit and did a deep clean for the next renters. My stay here was incredibly smooth, from check-in to check-out. We encountered no issues throughout our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and conveniently located. The pool was also a great addition. The host even extended our check-out time without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
