The home is beautiful, matches the pictures perfectly and very accommodating for large families with kids. All the kids loved the home & even the adults loved the game room. Very very pleased with the home & our hosts. They were very responsive, helpful & accommodating.

This was one of my favorite rental properties to date. The location was great for all the things we needed and wanted to do, Publix is close for groceries, and my kids loved the themed bedrooms and private pool. The resort pools were very crowded with mainly adults so having the private pool for the kids was amazing. Check in was a breeze, the community felt very safe, and it was a 30-40 drive to the Disney/Universal parks. There was a very loud party at a home nearby in the middle of the night, so I messaged Maria asking who to call- it was shut down within an hour and didn’t happen again. Overall, we loved this home and would 100% recommend to others.

Minha estadia foi excelente e superou minhas expectativas. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, ficando a apenas 15 a 18 minutos dos parques e bem próximo ao Walmart e outros supermercados, o que facilitou muito a nossa rotina. O condomínio é muito seguro, tranquilo e bem cuidado. O apartamento é espaçoso, novo, muito limpo e as camas são bastante confortáveis. Durante a estadia, solicitei toalhas e panos de chão extras, e a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa, oferecendo todo o suporte sempre que precisei. Um detalhe que fez toda a diferença foi que, quando chegamos, o ar-condicionado já estava ligado e o apartamento estava bem fresquinho. Como era verão, isso tornou a nossa chegada muito mais confortável. A área da piscina do condomínio também é muito agradável e foi um ótimo espaço para relaxar. House was amazing and absolutely perfect for our family. Gorgeous place for the adults and great kid friendly bedrooms. Supplied everything we needed. Not only was our own personal pool cool to have esp for after hours when the kids wernt done swimming but the other two community pools were absolutely amazing, water slides too! All workers were nice and helpful and the locations. Responding to me with questions she was so super nice and quick with responses too. Deff want to come back to the same house next year!

This place was so much bigger than how it looks! Very clean. Maria was extremely helpful and the guide provided was amazing. The fact that it’s a gated community made us feel safe as well. The only thing I would add is the house wasn’t really equipped for 7 people when it came to cleaning. Also the pool was dirty but there’s a cleaning tool that you can use. Other than that, this stay was great! Fast communication, easy access and a beautiful home!

This place looks just like the pictures! The area is pretty decent, it is a new neighborhood so there was still building going on. The links sent after booking were extremely helpful. The address does not show up on Apple Maps but Maria provided us a direct link through Google Maps so we had no issues finding the home. Definitely would love to come stay here again!

Maria was super helpful. Her property was beautiful, close to attractions, and checking in and out was easy. My only recommendation would be to have blankets for the living room so it can be more comfy watching tv. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

The home was absolutely beautiful and clean. There was free parking, wifi, and most importantly air conditioning in the home due to the extreme hot weather. Every room was spacious and clean. The pool area was very nice and warm. The location is very close to all the parks even with heavy traffic. 10 OUT OF 10 stay experience!!!

thus is a place that I was near a few years ago, but my stay here was good, my family did not have any complaints and the grandkids enjoyed the Mickey and Minnie bedroom. It was a nice place the pictures were what you got buttt the beds were SOO uncomfortable they definitely need to buy new ones! All the beds felt like you were laying on a bag of laundry. We were there for 6 days they did not leave extra toilet tissue for us they only put one roll in each bathroom, they didn’t have extra towels., they also had no pots they had 2 pots and they were horrible I couldn’t even cook in the nice kitchen but It wasn’t a bad stay they just need to fix these little things and it would be a perfect stay! Besides that the house was clean and the pool was nice as well , the balcony is also very nice!

Place was nice. However, no extra toilet paper in the master bathroom first floor. Had to trek upstairs for some. The pool and I understand it's a townhome was slightly bigger than a hot tub. And it was filled only halfway. Didn't use it. Check out process was easy and pleasant.
