This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start.
6) GRILL RENTAL ONLY: The house doesn't have a grill of its own, but I have some rental options. 3 Burners - $115 per week | 4 Burners - $135 per week. It comes with 1 propane tank full. *1 week is the minimum payment*This service is provided by a third party company specialized in rentals and it's according availability. It's required a minimum of 24h notice to guarantee the delivery. Otherwise I can check if it's possible to accommodate the request. For grill rentals through a third party, we kindly ask that all guests who wish to use the grill sign a BBQ Liability Waiver. By signing, guests agree that they are familiar with how to operate the BBQ equipment and acknowledge that they are fully responsible in case of accidents.
7) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.
8) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit.

11) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.
12) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.

We just completed our stay at Edsons 3 days ago. The home was exactly as pictured and very clean. We always bring cleaning supplies with us and re-clean everything and with doing this can see what hasn't been cleaned. I feel like the only thing that isn't cleaned regularly in this home is the carpets but that is hard to do. <br/>The host was very responsive and quick in responding to messages. Even getting back with us around midnight when we came back "home" to an issue. If a bulb was out, they sent someone right away. <br/>The neighborhood is nice and easy to navigate and it was very quiet. The only sounds we ever really heard was people splashing and having fun in their pools. And that was only when we were outside doing the same thing!<br/>Overall, the stay was amazing and if ever in the area again we would definitely stay again. We can't say enough positive things about Edsons place. <br/>Its hard to please everyone when traveling and everyone in our party loved this house! L

Family trip
It was great our dog even enjoyed the house I just that they would have allowed him to go in the pool We loved our stay at Windsor of westside! The house was SO big! Very clean. The house pool and pool area were so nice. The clubhouse pool and lazy river were a highlight of the trip! All around great experience. We highly recommend choosing this home. We plan to stay again in the future! We loved everything during our stay. Definitely book here if you’re traveling with family for a nice clean, beautiful spacious home.
