Amenities
We were in a group of 9 and the house was very comfortable, it felt more spacious than expected, and the pictures were accurate. They provided a wide range of household items such as plates, cups, cutlery and electric appliances like coffee machine, hand mixer, and blender. Check-in process was easy and there were detailed instructions about everything we needed, such as entering the resort, deliveries, rubbish collection, how to set the thermostat, using the clubhouse, etc. Hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. The swimming pools at the clubhouse were really nice and not crowded. Only observation about location is that the Cove East entrance is a short drive from the main Storey Lake Blvd, but it is still close and has convenient access to shops and Disney parks. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again. Inside the house was clean and not too far from Disney. However, the private pool was very dirty and gross. They came twice to clean it and add chemicals. By the time it would take for them to come clean it and wait the required time after chemicals, we would be headed out or already doing something else. We were not able to use this amenity. Very disappointing. Jose Arturo
