I feel as though they have great communication,they are very very clean and my host was wonderful. I will definitely be booking with them again.a-1 service. Beautiful townhome the kids loved the pool! Very quick and responsive host. We had neighbors come in playing music and kids screaming in the pool until 4 o’clock in the morning. I’ll call the number listed and they did answer with further instructions. Spacious and clean house. I would only suggest they put one extra roll of tissue in each bathroom as well as paper towels, and provide more trash bags. Es la primera vez que con mi familia y amigos nos hospedamos en un Airbnb por tantos días en Orlando, y la experiencia fue fantástica.
La casa es fiel a las fotos que se muestran en la plataforma, todo estuvo impecable desde el día 1 de nuestra llegada y fue muy acogedor cada uno de los ambientes que el espacio nos ofrecía. Nos faltó tiempooo para disfrutarla mucho más.
La coordinación fue perfecta, no hubo demoras y todas nuestras compras estuvieron súper seguras en casa.
Con seguridad volveremos! Hermoso lugar y se los recomiendo a todos. This is an up and coming resort you do have to drive about 15 minutes to the other resort to utilize the amenities (pool,slides,bar)! The home itself is very nice but definitely could use a better cleaning crew as bedding was not clean when we arrived and the floors were not clean, they did come the next morning to fix the issue but that is very inconvenient especially when they charge a cleaning fee. The wifi needs repair could not connect to devices came to take a look at it but worked a short time and then off again. The pool with the unit is nice but there is a fee to heat it daily. This could be a very nice resort if they took there time to get it property ready!
