3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.
4) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.
5) Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play(sheets are not provided).
6) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.
7) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.

There are 4 clubhouses around the community; guests can use all of them (more information will be sent in the check-in instructions).
Throughout your visit, you are free to enjoy the clubhouse facilities of the resort. Mini golf, kayaks, and gazebos are subject to a fee from the community; ask about specific costs at the clubhouse front desk.
Please be advised that certain activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, renting sporting items, or other activities, may incur additional charges from the clubhouse administration.
The property distance to the closest clubhouse is around 8 minutes walking. The Distance to the main clubhouse is around 4 minutes driving.

Good Location with plenty of parking
My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The pictures were accurate. Below are my likes and suggestions:1 - Great location close to grocery store, restaurants, pet store, gas, etc. 2 - Plenty of parking. We were back late several nights and it was great to not have to worry about parking. 3 - The back balcony was roomy and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. You can see Disney fireworks in the distance at 9 each night. 4 - We didn't use the pool but there was one for the condos right across the street. It looked nice and that one wasn't too busy. 5 - Place was clean and beds were good. The pictures of the property are accurate. 6 - Good TVs with plenty of channels7 - The curtains don't fully cover the windows (sheer panel in the center) which means the bedroom and living room always have light which isn't great when trying to sleep. 8 - The washer and dryer is a stack and only take a few clothes at a time. Not a big issue unless you are there for a couple of weeks and need to wash towels and sheets. Then it takes forever. 9 - The sheets on the master bed were too small and kept coming off so I bought a set to use while we were there.All and all we enjoyed our stay and I will come back if the need arises to be back in the area. This condo was perfect for our long weekend. Hot shower with great water pressure! Close to gated entrance for easy access to everything plus target and Walmart close by will deliver. 5-10 minute Walk to clubhouse with pool, gym and food (during peak hours food at tiki bar may be long wait tho). Loved the lazy river. Wayyyy better than hotel pools. Free Shuttle will take you to either clubhouse if you call. We will be back D

Great location for being close to the parks & also lots of great eating areas. Amenities are a plus Olubukunola Olabisi

The place was very nice and spacious and were exactly like the pictures. It was clean and ok to locate because all the blocks look the same. We didn't see the slides that were in the picture and only saw the pool till later as we were about to leave. All in all it was a good stay.
