Welcome to this amazing single- family house, the ultimate retreat for you and your family here in Florida!
Accommodates up to 16 Guests with 6 Bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

3) NOT PET FRIENDLY - In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.
4) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: South-face pool. Deep end 5Ft.
This property is equipped with a pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pools Spa is not a Hot Tub.
5) HOUSE GRILL: For the house grill there is a cleaning fee of $35 per stay and the propane tank refill is not included. You are welcome to use it if there is gas left from the previous guest tank, but refills are not provided. We kindly ask that all guests who wish to use the house grill sign a BBQ Liability Waiver. By signing, guests agree that they are familiar with how to operate the BBQ equipment and acknowledge that they are fully responsible in case of accidents.
6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.
7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. Safety fence around the pool.

10) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.
11) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, ?a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and well do our very best to remedy the situation.
12) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

This weekend we celebrate my daughter's college send off with family and friends and Edson spot was a perfect place to just chill and hang out with friends and family for the weekend. They were a few minor hiccups in the beginning with the TVs not being set back to English Language but the management team was responsive and very helpful with all questions and concerns. I would recommend Edson spot to anyone for both locals or if you are from out of town. <br/>Rameza Was very clean, spacious, nice distance to everything. Same as pictures. Responsive and friendly host. House looked exactly like the pictures. We had a party of 15, and the house was very accommodating. Spent a lot of time in the open kitchen, living room and back patio area. Each bedroom, except for the kids rooms, had their own private bathroom so that was really nice. The pool in the backyard is on the smaller end, however, we made it work and still had fun. The resort pools/lazy river make-up for the private pool in the backyard. We spent a lot of time in each. Parking can be tight on busier nights in the neighborhood. Two cars can fit in the driveway, so if you have more vehicles for your party, there are designated parking spaces in the neighborhood where you can park and take a brief walk to the house. <br/>Disney parks are close, and that was our primary reason for traveling to the area. Aprox 20-25 minute drive. Can be 15-20 minutes with less traffic days. Great location for a beautiful house. The house was exactly the same as the photos. Very clean rooms and bathroom.
