5) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: West-face pool. Deep end 5Ft.
This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start.
6) GRILL RENTAL ONLY: The house doesn't have a grill of its own, but I have some rental options. 3 Burners - $115 per week | 4 Burners - $135 per week. It comes with 1 propane tank full. *1 week is the minimum payment*This service is provided by a third party company specialized in rentals and it's according availability. It's required a minimum of 24h notice to guarantee the delivery. Otherwise I can check if it's possible to accommodate the request. For grill rentals through a third party, we kindly ask that all guests who wish to use the grill sign a BBQ Liability Waiver. By signing, guests agree that they are familiar with how to operate the BBQ equipment and acknowledge that they are fully responsible in case of accidents.
7) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.
8) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. There's a safety fence around the pool

11) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.
12) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.

The beds were a bit firm, some family members did not care for the firmness. The drive way does have a pretty big crack and it moves when driven over - the rental van we had seemed to have a bit of difficulty driving over it. They did also only supply one towel per person but there were plenty of pool towels provided. Also, the kitchen sink handle seems to be broken and the ice machine on the fridge needs repaired. There's also no additional blankets. The pool is very nice and was well heated and the house is very clean. The host responds to questions quickly and check in was easy. The guards at the gate were very friendly and it's a quick 30 min drive to universal and 20 min drive to Disney. The surrounded neighborhood has plenty of food and activities as well. Overall, would stay here again. M

The host was very responsive when we had a issue. The house was nice. Only had one pool stick for pool table that was usable and it wasnt in great condition. Thats a minor complaint though. What is weird is that you are not supplied any wash rags to shower with so you either have to buy your own or bring some from home. I travel a lot, rented a lot of homes/condos etc and have never had that happen. Beds are also very firm. That didnt bother me but some of our family did not like the beds and stated they were to hard. Just be aware they are very very firm beds in case you cant sleep on that. S

Maria was very responsive with communicating. The area was nice and very close to Disney World and Universal. The house was very spacious and very close to restaurants and Orlando.
