Welcome to this beautifully designed vacation home in the brand-new Doppio Westside community, just 15 minutes from Disney and conveniently close to restaurants, markets, and stores. This newly built home offers a modern, elegant design with spacious interiors, blending comfort and style. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation and socializing. Step outside to a spacious outdoor area featuring a heatable private pool and comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day at the parks.
The first floor includes a king suite, a laundry room, and a half bathroom for added convenience. On the second floor, you'll find another exquisite king suite along with two beautifully themed bedrooms that share a bathroom. The Harry Potter Wizarding Bedroom features two double beds, immersing guests in a magical atmosphere, while the Mickey Mouse Bedroom offers two stylish single beds, perfect for kids and Disney fans.
For a seamless and stress-free stay, the home provides free WiFi, complimentary parking, a second laundry room, and a welcome kit with essential kitchen and bathroom items.

While the community is still in development, the first phase is fully completed, ensuring that homes are not affected by nearby construction.
At this time, the community clubhouse is still under construction, meaning there are currently no available amenities. However, the excellent location more than makes up for it, with a variety of restaurants, stores, and markets just minutes away, providing everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I loved the place, close to everything. The house is super nice, very spacious, the rooms have TVs, and the pool is super nice. 100%<br/>We really enjoyed our stay, as it's new and the place is just like the photos. The townhouse is spectacular. We stayed for 20 days, and I suggest the following:<br/>In each bathroom: They should have dispensers for bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner (they only left small samples). The hand soap dispensers are empty, leaving no hand soap.<br/>They only leave enough for two days at most (toilet paper, paper towels and toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner). There wasn't even any soap for bathing. You pay a lot of money per day.<br/>The instructions for the place were excellent, however, they didn't leave information on how to use the washing machine; it's new equipment.<br/>The address doesn't appear for package delivery; this is something you should check, even though it says so in the information. UNE Home, I know the place is new. Absolutely stunning HOME. Brand new to be exact. Don’t let the construction discourage you, one they are complete this will be a beautiful resort. We plan to stay again. Very responsive. Large space, TV in everyone room. Pool was wonderful too. I absolutely recommend UNE Homes Franchelyz
