Bed Configuration: 2 Twin Beds | 1 King Beds | 1 Bunk Bed (Full/Twin) + 1 Twin The maximum weight limit for the bunk bed is 200 lbs The space 1) TV'S SET UP: Living Room Smart TV 40" / Master Bedroom 1st floor TV 32" / 2nd floor bedrooms (twin) TV 23". 2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum with up to 300mbps speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary) 3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. 8) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation. 9) Long-term (monthly stays): The community association requires a background check for every adult staying at the property ($100.00/per adult). 10) Community fee $20 per reservation - included in the reservation price already. 11) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions. 12) The Villas at Seven Dwarfs is a Tow Away Zone and is restricted to private automobiles and passenger-type vans, jeeps and trucks not exceeding three-quarter ton, motorcycles and motor scooters. Maria was amazing and responded really quick when we needed something. We needed help getting in our fault on our end and she was very quick to help us. We had trouble again with the door and Maria was quick to send maintenance our way for help and we got it took care of. We arrived on a Friday and was told by the property that their pool would be closed starting Monday for resurfacing and we were suppose to be notified but we weren’t. There was glass on the single bed by the window in the bunk bed bedroom, I notified Maria and she was great but I went ahead and cleaned it up however my children could have been hurt. There was a pill in the floor that our dog almost got a hold of in the master bedroom, the bath tub in the master was filthy, we cleaned it with Dawn and it was a huge difference. There was tons of dust, trash, dirt under the dressers, behind the doors, in the floors it took one good sweep and mop for us to get it clean. There was no wash cloths we bought us some at the store. I don’t blame Maria at all for the dirty mess but I think her housekeepers are doing her dirty and not doing their job. Overall, we had a good time in the end nothing we couldn’t handle ourselves or that Maria wasn’t super responsive to. We also really didn’t spend much time in the room either.
