They was an issue with the a/c and cooling of the home when we arrived. Maria was extremely responsive and worked to resolve the issue immediately.
Beautiful home and great location! I’ll definitely stay again in the future! It was great having a private pool area to relax. The location is great and the onsite clubhouse is great with water slides, lazy rivers, mini golf etc., easy to spend a whole day there if you wanted.
Overall, the unit felt like it needs to updated. Lots of defects and the furniture is basically unusable. It does not take away from the usability at all, just didn’t feel the cleanest due to age. Renata & Thiago

My husband and I had a great one week stay. The house is very clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing, very close to Disney Springs. Would definitely return. This was a wonderful house to stay at! It was super clean and very homey! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty stocked. The pool area was great. The only downside to the pool was the lighting in that area. There was a light in the pool and then a light over the dining area outside. I might have been nice to have some other lighting for evening/night swimming. All in all it is a great home and will for sure consider staying again.
