Overall, a very pleasant stay! The host was INCREDIBLY responsive and kind. The house was exactly as pictured. Instructions were clear. The backyard pool was great. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. I would stay here again.
Of note: 2 clubhouses are both accessible when you stay here. We enjoyed both (Retreat has the large waterslides but has a smaller pool; Oasis has a larger pool and lazy river with a smaller waterslide). One thing that has changed over the years we have stayed in this community is the front desk 'security'. They do not allow outside food and drinks (not even your own water bottle, just a clear plastic water bottle that you can refill at their water stations). Depending on who you check in with, they may go through EVERYTHING in your bag. One even unrolled my towels and was unnecessarily aggressive. It is a strange experience. I think this is a now common practice in many of the gated communities but is inconvenient. Clean, perfect for my family! E

Great location!
This location worked great for us, being close to the ball fields we needed to be at. The house is close enough to walk to the Oasis. The lazy river is great!! Note for others: The Fitness Room doesn't open to guests until 9:00 a.m. As an early riser and exerciser, that was a disappointment to have to wait until 9.
