Great place needs certain updates
Great location to Disney World. The townhome was everything that the website stated that it was. There was only two issues that I think need to be improved upon. The towels are the first and foremost. The large bath towel that is supposed to be for adults if you will, looks like it would be used around a child. We even resorted to using the swim towels that were a little larger, but wafer thin. I don’t expect them to have 2 inch thick towels but when you’re staying at a townhome, the quality needs to be a little better. The carpet appears to be cleaned or even replaced . J

Great location, but...
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Storey Lake. Maria was always in contact, however, she could not help us in certain areas. The townhome was run down, but very usable. I asked for cushions for the couch (shown on pictures) and also for the outside deck to be cleaned, but these things were never done. The kitchen needs more utensils, like a cutting board and oven gloves, teaspoons and more mugs. The blankets shown in the pictures were missing and we had to improvise by taking bedding from the unused beds as it was cold when we arrived. The resort is great though and we loved the resort pool however you do have to drive outside the gates to get to the pool area. And take that QR code to enter the resort pool. Awesome place for a family or group of friends. The location is perfect if you're planning to visit Disney World. It took us less than 20 minutes to get to the parks in February and around 35 minutes to the to Universal and the airport. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and malls around the area. The property has plenty of room and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely come back! The costumer service is very quick to answer when you need help.
