We had several issues during our stay that made the experience uncomfortable. First, our car was almost towed because it was allegedly 6–10 INCHES into the sidewalk. AND our car was the only car parked in the driveway. Communication from the property management about parking rules should put this information on BOLD AND HIGHLIGHT. This issues caused unnecessary stress.<br/>We had also requested the Jacuzzi and pool heater to be turned on, but it wasn’t done because they required 18+ hours’ notice—something we were not informed of ahead of time.<br/>Additionally, I have a service dog, and they attempted to charge me a security deposit for my dog, which is not allowed under ADA regulations.<br/>Finally, the towing company recorded the entire incident without notifying me or asking for my consent, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.
