(wireless speeds may vary) 3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform. 4) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: North-face pool. Deep end 5Ft. This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pools Spa is not a Hot Tub. 5) Grills are not allowed on the property. 6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability. 7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. Epass was not provided prior to arrival causing delay. Keypad was/is dead so arrival was not smooth at all. Parking details were not clear and caused our stay to be wrapped up in hunting down our vehicle and asking multiple time for the guest community access code(QR code). Host was notified of the keypad. The house itself was great just not the “property owner/company”.

Edison place was spotless and filled with games and entertainment for the kids and adults! We greatly enjoyed the pool and game room and loved the nice space of the house, the convenience of having our own private space and closeness to amenities, including a walking distance Walmart!

Host was always available. House was as expected just minor things like hair on sofa behind pillows, and pool was not the cleanest. Other than that it was a great stay.
