Absolutely gorgeous and spacious house! Maria was available anytime we had any questions and was super responsive. Having our own pool was amazing because the two waterparks were about an 8 min drive away. We were given the wrong address for the waterpark and ended up at the Omni resort which you need to purchase a day pass to use so that was a bummer, but then we found the correct one. We thought the dishwasher wasn’t working and Maria had maintenance there sooo fast! Right before they got there we discovered the breaker was flipped to off. GPS took us to the wrong gate so make sure you pay attention to that for the first time you go in. I also recommend either a binder or a QR code to scan with a document of waterpark/house info, local things to do/see/places to eat. Otherwise the house and stay was fantastic and we even added an extra night. Definitely recommend and would stay here again! When you want to book a peaceful and beautiful vacation home even with small or big family you will enjoy your stay at this house My family and I had a great stay, the condo was exactly as described in the listing. Host company was responsive, no issues. Champions Gate has some great amenities with multiple pools, mini golf, lazy river, club house with restaurant etc. We also our flight was later in the day, and they were able to accommodate checking out a bit after the standard checkout time, we appreciated the flexibility! We didn’t really have other needs during our stay, but the host company was very responsive throughout the process. Thanks UNE homes for a great spring break! Please stay here! We had such a wonderful experience being here, even though there were a few snags. The house was so responsive and proactive in dealing with situations that occurred. The home was beautiful everything I expected in a little bit more. I wish there was better maintenance of the pool just because it was Dirty and it had a film over it so we didn’t get to use it but everything in the home in a room home was wonderful 20 out of 10 would stay here again. Maria, the hostess was awesome. Always keeping us updated and easy to talk to you even before we stepped foot in the home!
