Welcome to this beautifully designed vacation home in the brand-new Doppio Westside community, just 15 minutes from Disney and conveniently close to restaurants, markets, and stores. This newly built home offers a modern, elegant design with spacious interiors, blending comfort and style. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation and socializing. Step outside to a spacious outdoor area featuring a heatable private pool and comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day at the parks.
The first floor includes a king suite, a laundry room, and a half bathroom for added convenience. On the second floor, you'll find another exquisite king suite along with two beautifully themed bedrooms that share a bathroom. The Harry Potter Wizarding Bedroom features two double beds, immersing guests in a magical atmosphere, while the Mickey Mouse Bedroom offers two stylish single beds, perfect for kids and Disney fans.

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly cozy with beautifully furnished rooms that made us feel right at home. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the kitchen was fully equipped and spacious—great for cooking meals together. The bathrooms were clean and modern, adding to the comfort. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Disney and close to supermarkets and other essentials. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! Nos encantó la casa de UNE HOMES. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo pero en una zona muy tranquila. Ideal para moverse por Orlando sin complicaciones.

Sin duda volveríamos. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhome in Kissimmee with my boys! The neighborhood was fantastic and felt very safe, which was a big plus for us. The house itself was incredible—freshly built, luxurious, and even better than the photos! Everything looked so upscale and elegant in person.
The kitchen was one of the highlights. It was spacious and fully stocked with high-quality, non-stick cookware, making it feel just like home. I ended up cooking almost every day because the space and equipment were perfect for it.
The pool was adorable and ideal for the kids—my boys had a blast! The room décor and layout were stunning, and it really added to the overall experience. The hostess was also kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and I’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommend! UNE Homes rental property was in perfect condition. Almost brand new unit, brand new furniture, excellent modern decoration that is very functional, excellent bedding/ mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, sparkle clean bathrooms, window treatments were also working as expected. We did not use the pool but backyard also had outdoor furniture. AC worked fine. Large screen TVs in all rooms. Floor plan was absolutely perfect with lots of room for everyone.
Since this was new property, towel hooks, toilet paper holder etc. still needed to be installed and Maria said they could come install it but we were fine without it.
One suggestion would be to have more kitchen towels (there was only one) to allow cleaning in kitchen.
New community so no club house yet - still under construction.
Outstanding host, always responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely stay again in future if timing works.
