While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.

7) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

PARKING
Please note, parking is limited inside the Community. We must ensure that the roads, driveways and parking spaces are in accordance with the Community, State and Local Guidelines. Champions Gate Club Management reserve the right to tow, at the owners expense, any vehicles that violates these regulations without any prior warning.
• Parking on the grass or yard is not permitted.
• Please do not block any fire hydrants in the community. All vehicles parked in the driveway, must do so without blocking sidewalks for pedestrian access.
• When parking on the street, please be mindful of blocking traffic.
• Please make sure that you are not blocking any home's driveway or sidewalks. Make sure you leave enough room for other vehicles to easily pass through street.
• Please be mindful of the traffic rules and posted speed limits inside the community.
• Trailers, Buses, Recreational Vehicles are not permitted inside the Champions Gate community.
THE OASIS CLUB:
• Each person coming to the Oasis Club must be issued a wristband that is to be worn while at the Club. Guest's will not be allowed into the Oasis Club without it. All guests will need to provide a photo or actual gate access pass with valid dates to obtain your wristbands.
• Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the Oasis.
• For Kosher dietary needs, there is a kosher food truck and covered tent that you may use to eat meals white at The Oasis Club.
• All guests must follow the Club and Community's rules and regulations white at the Oasis Club. Failure to follow Club rules and directions from club staff could result in a suspension of Club usage privileges.

Nice area and confy place to stay. Edson was super responsive and helpfull. Will be back soon. The home was very well situated with a Publix and some restaurants nearby. About 30-40 minutes from universal studios. Closer to Disney. The home was spotless and clean, very spacious, and had eveything we needed. Nicely decorated and overall a great deal. The clubhouse pool was amazing and had water slides for the kids. Home is directly in front of a community park/basketball courts so in the evenings before sunset there were a lot of people outside playing but it did not bother us as you could not hear anything inside. The host was easily accessible. Would recommend this property. Wonderful stay! Our family was pleased and most importantly comfortable! Clean AirBnb nicely located in a gated community of Champions Gate. Backyard is the golf course which was so serene. Unit is across a playground & basketball court. Host provided towels for both the condo & for waterpark use which was wrapped in a sealed plastic bag. It's about 30mins drive to Disney. Condo complex club house in 2 parts. One has pool and lazy river (7-8min drive from the condo). The other one has the bigger slides and a small kids water feature which is a half a mile walk. Oasis Club House surprisingly have great price for delicious food & drinks. The price on the menu already includes tip. No food and beverages allowed in the clubhouse but water bottle is. Volleyball courts in the clubhouse (no ball provided so we bought there $25). Service was great. They can bring your food right to your pool chair. They have reusable souvenir cups that gives you $5 off every drink not just on that day but the duration of your stay. Fitness centers availabe too. Enjoyed our stay
