I never leave reviews, but this was one of my worst Airbnb experiences after staying at about 15+. Entry difficult from the start: we had to sign a separate rental agreement and never received the QR code to enter the gated community, leaving us stuck at the gate for 15 minutes calling support after a long drive. Once inside, the door code provided was wrong, requiring another call to support. The hot tub was advertised, but we were told it could only be turned on 9–5 even though it takes 18–24 hours to heat. The host refused to let us turn it on ourselves and said our stay wasn’t long enough, despite having two nights left. The house was nicely decorated but had very minimal essentials (toilet paper, towels, paper towels, no toiletries). We also found moldy playing cards in the garage. On checkout morning, we woke up to find our rental car towed for “parking on the sidewalk,” with only a vague sign at a neighboring house and no towing info. Booked a hotel and had a much better time. This place was beautiful the host was very very responsive I will always love to stay here if I’m back in the area. I was confronted by the owner while I was in the driveway saying he was too doors down he's watching
