Maria was awesome and quick to respond. I barely had to contact her because all the information was already provided in this link/guide that is emailed to you the day of your check in. Pots, pans, coffee pot, and toaster, cups, plates, and bowls are all provided. We did have to restock on toilet paper, paper towel, dish pods and laundry pods. Very spacious 3 bedroom for 6 people, but we were barely home. It was close to everything Sams club and target, a variety of restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. It's also within close proximity to all of the theme parks and lakes for fishing. This unit is right near a small lake which i saw a few other guests' fish from off the dock. We got to see a beautiful sunrise off the lake, a few species of birds, and geese. They loved the lazy river, pool and slides. Us adults loved the tiki bar which is open until 8:30 pm. You are provided a QR code as a pass to get in the front gate & lazy river/tiki bar area.
