The space
Welcome to our inviting 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of South Beach, perfect for up to 5 guests. Ideally located between Meridian and 5th Ave, it offers comfort, style, and easy access to all Miami Beach has to offer. The cozy living room with a sofa bed flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The master suite has a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own bathroom. A balcony lets you enjoy the ocean breeze and SoBe vibe. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy a welcome kit with beach towels and basic bathroom and kitchen amenities (replenishment is the guest’s responsibility). Limited garage parking is available for an extra fee and must be reserved in advance.

I choose Maria’s place in Miami Beach to stay during the month of November 2025 to celebrate a birthday because I needed a place for 4 friends to get together nearby the beach, restaurants, and shopping options. <br/>It was walkable to most places such as CVS, Target, Marshalls, Ross, and Burlington. They also have a fair amount of restaurants and businesses you can walk to or take a Uber or Lyft. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and necessities because it’s not a very hospitable stay or thought-out for your guests to have a comfortable time. They provide the bare minimum. <br/>There’s a balcony area that was nice during the day and night, and for the most part, it was mostly quiet during our stay. The temperatures weren’t regulated and were hot during the night but the hallways were cold. <br/>I would choose Maria’s place only for convenience. She is responsive and the area is okay. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE !!!!!!<br/>This listing has been revised after I made my complaints to Air B&B. They lied on their listing!<br/>When I made my booking, they listed “free street parking on premise” which there are none, “free garage parking on premise” but they told me it costs $30 a day, which they hesitantly gave me for free after I complained to Air B&B, “pool” and “hot tub” that didn’t exist. I parked right in front of the building for a couple of days thinking that it was the “free street parking” listed, but realized it was paid parking, I asked them to reimburse me if I get tickets, they refused to… But it’s there fault for not giving me the exact location of the spots(which didn’t exist)<br/>When I asked them why they lie on their listing, the excuse was “because it’s a new listing and we didn’t have time to look over it because posting it” REALLY???<br/>These people are unprofessional, and have no integrity! <br/>COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!!! The people where nice but no locks on the doors and when we asked for them to be fixed they couldn’t and said “you should be fine” not the best when you have valuables with you in a different country. The furniture was dirty and stained. Same with the floor coverings. I would stay here again, but not at the price we paid
