If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pools Spa is not a Hot Tub.

7) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. 12) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

would go back anytime . Amazing home We have stayed in many places over the years in Florida, but until now, have never had a place that checked all our boxes. Private neighborhood, but not gated, close to Disney (took us about 15 minutes from our driveway to MK, less for the other parks), enough beds for all of us, has a pool and a game room. Even though the pool faces the street, we never once felt like we were very exposed. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is very noise proof. There was a big accident up the road one night, and outside, there were tons of sirens going, but inside, you couldn't hear them at all. The kids spent a lot of time in the game room, and really enjoyed the arcade games and the Karaoke machine. Good news - with the game room door shut, you can barely hear the kids singing their hearts out on the karaoke machine. The owner was great at communicating, checking in by text occasionally to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back for sure! Rachelle

the host was very responsive. the place was totally worth what we paid. everything was close by. disney, universal, restaurants, walmart, etc. house was very cozy. would definitely stay again Alexander

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht im großen und ganzen den Bildern vom Inserat. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat, ist das die Unterkunft schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und definitiv hier und da mal ne kleine Reparatur braucht. In einem Badezimmer ging die Spülung sporadisch, eine Kleiderschrank Tür war defekt und hakte nicht richtig ein. Die Türen zum Poolbereich ließen sich schwer öffnen und schließen, für Kinder kaum möglich... Doch trotz all dieser Kritikpunkte würde ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Man braucht mit dem Auto ca 30 min bis Disney /Universal... Wallmart ist gleich in der Nähe, gut ausgestattete Küche... Ruhige Gegend...
