The home was as pictured , the neighborhood is relatively quiet. The only bad thing about our stay was cockroaches , although they were very responsive to send maintenance out they did not offer any different accommodations or anything at all . So we were seeing roaches in the house both dead and alive throughout out our whole stay . A casa é maravilhosa, nós sentimos como em casa. Chuveiro maravilhosa, a cama e os travesseiros super confortáveis! Casa super linnnda, muuuito cheirosa e limpa. Foram 10 dias maravilhosos nela, com certeza ficaremos novamente quando voltarmos a Orlando. Minha filha amou o quarto de princesa. Amaram a piscina, e tem um Walmart a 5 minutos da casa, isso foi perfeito. Perto dos parks. Tudo maravilhoso, obrigada pela hospitalidade e principalmente por nos responderem sempre muito rápido. Chegamos de madrugada e não sabíamos como entrar na portaria, prontamente ligamos e já nos deram as instruções, e ainda atenderam em<br/>Português o telefone. Obrigada por tudo e nos vemos em breve! Excelente, todo fue espectacular I hate to leave a bad review but I think it’s important that other guests know what we experienced.
After driving 8.5 hours with two kids - 2 and 10 months- we arrived at the Airbnb at 2:30am. When we parked, I noticed trash outside the house and when I unlocked the door I heard voices inside. A lady in her pajamas walked up to me. I asked if she was a guest at the Airbnb and she said she was.
I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response. I contacted Airbnb and they told me to get a hotel. After driving around trying to find a hotel we finally found a room available and still heard nothing from the host.
We didn’t hear from the host until ~8:30am the next morning. We had no idea where we were going to stay, my husband needed to start work at 9am, and my son needed to take his morning nap.
They ended up putting us in another home but bc they never adjusted the listing so I was nervous the same thing would happen to us. They reimbursed us for the hotel and nothing else.
