We have two units, door to door! Pool View! No carpet!

3) NOT PET FRIENDLY - In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.
4) The apartment does not have in room laundry - guests have the option to use the hotel laundry coin room available on the 2nd floor (additional fees).

9) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send mail and packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. Please do not send mail or packages to the hotel.
10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.
11) Towels and Linens must be left in the apartment. Otherwise, the missing ones will be charged from guests.
Pool towels provided by Hawthorn, guests must return the towels after use to the container in the pool area. Not allowed to bring the hotel pools to the apartment.
12) FREE SHUTTLE: Hawthorn Suites offers free shuttle service to Disney Parks, Universal Studios & Sea World! Currently, the Shuttle is free to all Guests. There is a Digital Kiosk in the Lobby that will display Shuttle information and instructions. For any questions, please contact the Front Desk.
13) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

La cercanía a los parques fue excelente, sin embargo, el apartamento olía terrible, el tendido de una de las camas estaba sucio, pareciera que no los lavaran seguido, el apartamento está totalmente dejado, falta de mantenimiento, faltaban implementos en la cocina, dejaron solo dos ollas y un sartén poco útiles, y aunque dimos la queja y respondieron rápido, no estábamos dispuestos a dejar de hacer nuestros recorridos para esperar que solucionaran y mucho menos dejarlos ingresar cuando no estábamos. <br/>El sofá cama muy incómodo y el aire acondicionado en la noche era bastante fuerte, tocaba apagarlo para poder dormir.<br/>Le recomendamos al dueño por favor remodelar el apartamento, hacerlo más agradable y por supuesto hacerle un mejor aseo. Hicimos el check in tarde en la noche. No sabiamos que era un airbnb dentro de un hotel. La gente del hotel mala onda. <br/>El alojamiento estaba sucio. Pelos en el secador de pelo el cual ademas no funcionaba y no nos trajo uno nuevo. <br/>Cubiertos sucios. <br/>Falta de iluminacion por focos rotos. Muy buena relacion calidas precio volveremos ! Tomas
