Brand new home with patio with lounge chairs to rest and enjoy your private heatable pool (paid service), spacious and modern decorated living room, integrated with dining room and fully equipped kitchen are some of the amenities of this super elegant 5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms holiday home. On the first floor you will find 1 queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Mickey themed bedroom with 2 twin beds. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor: one king master bedroom suite, a Second king suite with its own private bathroom and another Mickey themed bedroom with a full and a twin beds (corridor bathroom).
For your comfort the home has a laundry room with washer and dryer, free WiFi, free parking, and a welcome package including basics for the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper and for the kitchen with sponge, detergent, washer soap and trash bags (replenish of these items are guest responsibility).

You will find fantastic resort amenities for the whole family to enjoy with a tiki bar, a resort-style pool with slides and lazy river, sports court, mini-golf, kaiak and fitness center. There are 2 clubs inside the property, one of them with a themed pirate pool that kids will love is just walking distance from the house. The house itself was very nice. Plenty of parking. And not overly crowded. But upon arrival the house had no A/C. We gave benefit of the doubt and waited to see if house would cool but after 2 hours and no change to house temp we contacted host. They sent a “Maintenance” person who arrived and was very unprofessional. No tools, in sweat pants, and barely spoke English. After confirming everything I initially told host he said an A/C company would be coming. It was 10:30 in the evening before A/C was fixed and midnight before the house reached a comfortable temp. Then nothing from the host, no apologies, no checking in to make sure we were good, nothing. Past that; the water pressure in the showers was very lack luster, beds were cheap and hard, and walls were paper thin. If you’re looking for a nice house with a pool and care about nothing else. The house was not clean upon our arrival. There is dust and dirt everywhere, the floors are so dirty your feet turned black. Stains on the walls, shower curtains and regular curtains. There were other issues but our main concern was the cleanliness of the house. We did advise Maria as soon as possible with pictures. It was not even acknowledged by Maria, she didn’t address the cleanliness issue. Her concern was one of the minor issues(fridge water filter needed changed). She offered to have someone come change the water filter. We kindly DECLINED someone coming into our space, but while we were out someone did. EVEN AFTER SAYING NO. Due to the issue of cleanliness, this triggered allergies for most of the family which made staying here unpleasant.
Would not recommend staying here until a deep cleaning is done and things are replaced.
