We had an issue the first night where the heater was broken during a freeze warning which isn’t typical for Orlando, but my one year old was shivering trying to sleep and Maria stopped replying at 2:30a when she said that the maintenance man who came at 12:30a said that the problem was solved when it wasn’t. It was still freezing in the house. We had to try and heat the house as best we could with keeping the stove and oven on with the door open - getting absolutely no sleep the first night of our vacation. This was after arriving to no portable crib available even though the listing said there was one, and having to go to target to purchase one. Not a great first night. However, the next day while we were gone (even though I said I wasn’t comfortable with someone coming to the house while we were gone) someone fixed the heat and dropped off a pack n play (which was no longer needed since we already spent close to $200 buying one late the night before.) The rest of the stay was fine. Douglas
