We could not get into property there was so much trash at front door that we had lift stuff over it the house it self was disgusting not clean dirty sink floors gross and sticky dust that I could write my name in it Broken couch mattress on first floor broke The carpet was so beyond gross we had to wear shoes This was by far the most disgusting beat up place we have ever stayed and in I can’t believe you steal money from people Get better cleaners and replace some broken stuff this should not even be allowed as a rental

First thing we noticed was the landscaping when we drove up. The shrubs were overgrown. There was hardly any grass compared to the other units. The carpet had multiple stains and needed to be replaced. The front door and sliding door had no privacy at night. All of the cookware and cooking utensils need to be replaced. The nonstick pans had scratches. The bottom heating element at the bottom of the stove was missing and replaced with a piece of aluminum foil. The blinds in the master bedroom had holes. The pool area had overgrown grass coming up through the pavers and ants. The grill was rusted. The patio furniture was coming apart and needs to be replaced. Multiple bedrooms had dents in the wall that needed to be plastered and repainted. The couch and cushions were stained. The molding at the bottom of the cabinet in the kitchen was missing. I would not stay there again until major upgrades were done. My grandkids did enjoy the pool.

Very nice home big enough for the family. The resort has nice pool and slides for the kids. Overall, it was a fun vacation.

The badWe would never work with UNE again. Why? Extra contracts to sign outside of VRBO and they had the final amount owed much more after the initial down payment and it took a week to fix. You needed to pay them (for the remaining payment) instead of through VRBO so that was sketchy. Their maintenance staff had to come several times to fix the same thing and most importantly we were given NO COMPENSATION for the community pool being out of commission for 12 days and the fire pits not lit. We would have NEVER rented this if we had known this, so what you see is false advertising.Community pool was closed for 12 days during our stay with no heads up – UNE blamed Solara, Solara sent notice to all owners. There was no reimbursement for the ‘outage’.Firepits – Solara won’t light due to higher insurance premiums. I’ve asked UNE to take those pictures off the listing, but they haven’t done so as of this publishing.Security is an issue – The gated security guards were inconsistent with who they let in. Our friends arrived at night and without a pass let them pass right through. In addition, there was a robbery while we were there with the police there and a helicopter circling overhead.Loud on lanai due to pool heater/air conditioning units right behind pool.There is no privacy from the neighbors behind the unit as the lanais are 5’ apart.Not a valid mail address (so will be returned to sender if Amazon send through USPS)Twice to fix the TVs and kitchen faucet
