Passamos dias maravilhosos! Amamos tudo na casa. Exatamente como nas fotos. First I found a neighbors camera pointed right into the master bathroom invading my wife and kids privacy and almost my privacy before I noticed it.
2nd they sent someone while we weren’t home to correct issue even though all our personal belongings were out. (Valuables, jewelry, underwear, clothing). No communicated or coordination.
3rd they sent me vacate premises order instantly when Airbnb voiced our concerns and left us basically homeless on our paid vacation and reservation untill Airbnb cleared it up with us and told us the host had no right to kick us out if we did not violate any rules.
4th they tried to push us to change the reservation so they could kick us out and then changed there tune once Airbnb contacted them and tried to just ignore the fact we were out of the house and tried to avoid cancelling on there end so they wouldn’t have to pay fees.
