Great house and communication I love this house ! It’s so beautiful and comfy . I really felt as if I was home .. My only complaint and problem is that my oven didn’t work And be it that I’d was the thanksgiving holiday and my daughters birthday not having a oven really ruined my trip ! The host did retry and rectify the mishap by bringing in a counter top oven But it was in no way big enough for the turkey and ham I bought to Feed my family of 9 for the holiday … My family ended up eating microwaved goods and snacks for the holiday which Was beyond sad to say the least …She did offer me late check out on our last day but after being there an entire week it was time to get back home . I honestly think I could have been compensated for being without an oven an entire week but especially for the thanksgiving holiday …and late check out just didn’t suffice .overall I love the neighborhood and the amenities they community offer but I will never book at Windsor Cay Resort Again . Maria was very responsive and answered all my questions. We added pool heating to our stay and we were able to enjoy the pool mid-November. House was spotless. There aren’t any coffee mugs at the house. House had an air fryer which was a plus. King bedroom upstairs center support rail was broken so my family sunk into the middle of the bed, which isn’t the most comfortable. Easy checkout process. Overall my family enjoyed the house.
