Very clean and the owner is extremely responsive The house was clean, and decent. We paid for the heated pool, which the host said was turned up to 95-98 degrees, and because it was cold outside, that the pool might not be as hot as it maybe should be. It ended up ok for us. Kitchen was clean, however, the pots and pans were terrible. The Dollar store has nicer pans than the ones that were provided. And there wasn't even a normal frying pan included. I'm pretty sure another guest went out and bought a nice wok style pan to use for their stay and left it there because it was the nicest item in the kitchen. I had to cook eggs in a large pasta pot. Totally ridiculous. Then came the beds. Horrendous sheets, quite sure they were made of sand paper. I literally ordered the sheets we use at home from Amazon for same day delivery and swapped them out for our stay. And the mattresses were just as bad, if not worse. We felt like they were from a third-world prison. And we had to buy more paper towel & trash bags for our 4 day stay. Jessica

The house was AMAZING. The kids loved the pool (once it was heated) The rooms were all good sized. Maria was very responsive and a great host. The game room was excellent and we overall enjoyed our stay! We stayed as a group of 9. The house felt spacious and provided ample space for us and space for privacy. <br/>The rugs in the downstairs bedrooms were dirty as was the couch. Unfortunately we put our parents in the downstairs bedrooms so I was informed of the rugs by each of them…. Not really how I wanted things to be for them. The curtain rod over the back door is barely hanging on by a thread and multiple shower curtains appeared to have urine stains on them, I assume young kids had previously stayed. The coffee pot broken which required someone to hold it together while making coffee. I reached out to Maria on one of the shower curtains and it was swapped out the next day. I did not mention these other issues as I wanted to enjoy my time with family. I would hold the cleaning company accountable.<br/>Maria is a wonderful hostess, she’s incredibly responsive and accommodating with my request for early check in.<br/>Storey Lake is a nice neighborhood and close to a lot of things around Orlando.
