location was great, we had trouble checking in code didn’t work so we had to wait for a new one. then the next day code door didn’t work again so we had to wait for another reset. two days in a row the elevator wasn’t working hard to have a child in a stroller. bathroom was left dirty but someone did come the next day to fix. also walls are very thin you can hear anything and everything from surroundings.

Pros: Great location!! Very walkable to South Beach and a Walgreens is on the very next block which was very useful.
Cons: Code for the door was incorrect (easily fixed by calling the company). The unit smelled of mildew and wasn't clean to our standards. We're in no way neat freaks but certain things that you expect to be clean weren't. Dirty floors, stained sheets and pillow cases...the shower had soap pieces from the previous guests near the drain and the tub and sink counter in the master weren't clean. A team came to fix everything...after a short debate about what was clean and what wasn't we were ok with the conditions. I would stay here again, but I would be prepared to do my own cleaning.
