House was amazing and absolutely perfect for our family. Gorgeous place for the adults and great kid friendly bedrooms. Supplied everything we needed. Not only was our own personal pool cool to have esp for after hours when the kids wernt done swimming but the other two community pools were absolutely amazing, water slides too! All workers were nice and helpful and the locations. Responding to me with questions she was so super nice and quick with responses too. Deff want to come back to the same house next year!

This place was so much bigger than how it looks! Very clean. Maria was extremely helpful and the guide provided was amazing. The fact that it’s a gated community made us feel safe as well. The only thing I would add is the house wasn’t really equipped for 7 people when it came to cleaning. Also the pool was dirty but there’s a cleaning tool that you can use. Other than that, this stay was great! Fast communication, easy access and a beautiful home!

This place looks just like the pictures! The area is pretty decent, it is a new neighborhood so there was still building going on. The links sent after booking were extremely helpful. The address does not show up on Apple Maps but Maria provided us a direct link through Google Maps so we had no issues finding the home. Definitely would love to come stay here again!

Maria was so kind and helpful when we needed a last minute stay. Our condo had so much space and the decor was stylish while having some really fun, tasteful theme rooms as well. We appreciated how quiet the area seemed even though it was close to all of the restaurants/attractions. The private plunge pool was especially nice and relaxing at the end of a hot day. We would definitely stay here again!

The house looks way better than the pictures. I am an interior designer and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was new and updated. In a  style I like. The only complaint is lack of face towel. It should be at least two per room. If I was hosting that would be a no brainer. But everything was really good. I would stay there again and again matter fact, I told my husband that the next time we got out of town I’m actually gonna try to stay in that exact place. Loved it.

If you’re looking for a quick getaway and a nice quiet private area, but still walking distance Maria’s Place is the one to pick everything is still local. The parks are nearby Food, entertainment the place is perfect for a family of 7 even tho it was only me and my Bestfriend. Pool area is great as well for the late night lounge. Ill be staying here again.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly like the pictures and everything was very clean and well maintained. There was more than enough space for our family of four we didn’t even use all of the bedrooms! The pool was the cherry on top and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that we wished there were more stores and attractions closer to the house, but overall we had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend it.

I did enjoy my stay overall, and the house looked just like the pictures. It was a beautiful property, but there were a few issues that made the experience uncomfortable. When we arrived, the carpets upstairs were noticeably wet, leaving my friends and me walking around with wet socks. The pool was also very dirty with a lot of debris floating around, and even using the pool cleaning stick provided did not help much, so we did not feel comfortable getting in. The biggest concern was privacy. We were approved for an early check-in, and while settling in on the first day, someone unexpectedly entered the house without notice. We had also requested a broom and asked for someone to check the ice machine. After being told a broom would be brought, no one came that day, but a day or two later we returned to find one inside, meaning someone had entered again without letting us know. Overall, beautiful home, but I would not stay here again.

The pictures were a little photoshopped but over all it was nice. When we arrived a little after 4 pm, I guess it was the cleaning lady coming down the stairs. I thought I was in someone else's Air bnb. The place did not smell fresh, the toilet bowls had a dark ring inside. They obviosity were not clean. There was a stain on the carpet in the main bedroom upstairs. The mattress were terrible. When my husband laid down, it was like a sink hole. I had to sleep on the very edge of the bed so I would not fall into the sink hole. The outdoor furniture was not wiped down. My husband had to wipe down the furniture. I suggest they get another cleaning service. Overall the place was nice, but the cleaning was bad.

Me and my friends loved Cozy beautiful home. Private pool settings very clean and spacious place. Cozy was easy and very fast to Communicate with I would highly recommend staying there again.

First of all, the pool is not a pool I believe that’s a Jacuzzi and when I asked for it to be heated up, they wanted me to pay an extra $70 which didn’t make sense. It’s not even a pool so I mean, I thought the Jacuzzi supposed to be heated up But anyway, yeah everything was horrible. The beds were terrible. I didn’t like it at all. There was bugs in the house. And I definitely won’t be returning back to this location.
