We love how convenient the location of the house is. Where ever you want to visit or go to is not too far away. The house was beautiful and family friendly. We especially enjoyed having our own pool. Every chance the kids got they were in there swimming. If you do choose to get the pool heated it does heat up pretty warm like a hot tub feeling. If we could have made it a little cooler and not so hot I think it would have been perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

A really fun Disney themed home creating an adventure in every room! The clubhouse on the property was fantastic for the days not at the theme parks. We stayed for the parks but would go back for the house! We had a great time!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was new, big, and very clean. Everything was in perfect condition and exactly as described. It had plenty of space and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process very easy. This property was good size for 7 of us.  the attendant Maria was prompt to respond we just kept missing each other.  we were gone all day and busy so she would respond and we wouldn't get it til night.  I think this is fairly new listing and I would recommend it, they were good to work with.  we were 20 minutes from universal where we spent the week, (go the back roads), and you miss traffic.  we didnt spend much time here.  exhausted, slept, left the next morning early, but everything seemed to be available that we needed.  so much space that the 7 of us had no problem with our own space.  two living rooms.  two dining rooms.  the pool.  the neighborhood is a good walking area too, you can walk to the community center.  very nice gentleman and manager there too.  the only thing i would recommend is a little brighter lighting in  the rooms.  I'm used to bright lights and there really is only lamps.

Maria and staff were amazing! They were friendly and responded quickly. The location was 15 minutes away from Disney parks, 5 minutes from places to eat and shop, and 25 minutes from Universal. I felt safe and comfortable in the area. The description of the home fits the pictures. The wording under the pictures are off, so just go by the pictures. My only complaints: The couch, the recliner chairs in the loft, and dining room chairs were becoming worn probably from previous guests. It's similar to Ikea style quality. The TV in the minion room was blocked by the slide. I would recommend putting up secure blinds for the bathroom that leads to the pool. I felt as though someone could see in. And the pool was cold the 1st day of my trip. There are parking spaces in front of the house. We had 4 vehicles and had plenty places to park. Make are to bring wash clothes and things for the house. Overall, my family and I had a great time. We wouldn't mood staying at another property.

The two community pools were amazing and the slides did not disappoint. Even for adults. Our private pool was so nice and the heater came in handy. Well worth it. The place was clean and lovely!

This house is huge and the host was awesome! Notify privacy in the backyard but can’t really do anything about that. So many beds & spacious rooms. Great layout! Would definitely stay again

Maria was amazing and responded really quick when we needed something. We needed help getting in our fault on our end and she was very quick to help us. We had trouble again with the door and Maria was quick to send maintenance our way for help and we got it took care of. We arrived on a Friday and was told by the property that their pool would be closed starting Monday for resurfacing and we were suppose to be notified but we weren’t. There was glass on the single bed by the window in the bunk bed bedroom, I notified Maria and she was great but I went ahead and cleaned it up however my children could have been hurt. There was a pill in the floor that our dog almost got a hold of in the master bedroom, the bath tub in the master was filthy, we cleaned it with Dawn and it was a huge difference. There was tons of dust, trash, dirt under the dressers, behind the doors, in the floors it took one good sweep and mop for us to get it clean. There was no wash cloths we bought us some at the store. I don’t blame Maria at all for the dirty mess but I think her housekeepers are doing her dirty and not doing their job. Overall, we had a good time in the end nothing we couldn’t handle ourselves or that Maria wasn’t super responsive to. We also really didn’t spend much time in the room either.

This place is fantastic! The property matches the photos. It was clean, stylishly decorated, and the Princess bedroom is amazing! Great to have 2 family rooms to accommodate my family of 5. Everyone had their own bedroom sanctuary with plenty of bathrooms for privacy. The pool area is wonderful and we did not need it heated even though we were in October. The owner is very friendly and was very attentive to our requests. We had plenty of towels and bedding to make us comfortable.It's location is about a15-20 minute drive to Disney. (Check out Disney Springs!) And about 35-45 minutes to Universal Studios (Check out the Bourne Stuntacular attraction!)You get a gate pass for entry which made us feel safe and exclusive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There's a Walmart and Publix nearby for shopping.We really enjoyed it. You can't go wrong with this one!

We have just got home from our 2 weeks stay at this villa and everything was absolutely perfect. Maria was very responsive and easy to get hold of and always there if we needed anything. The house itself is amazing, comfy beds, clean and the location is brilliant if you are going to the Disney parks/universal. Very private pool area which is ideal when you have children. I cannot fault this property. And thank you to Maria who was so helpful! Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to be back soon!

This was one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed in. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome and right at home! I love how each room had a tv with a roku so you could login to your streaming accounts. The decor was beautiful and modern. We would love to come back and stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

The place was just as advertised, very peaceful and quiet gated community. The location is top notch for theme park going - under 20 mins by car. Amenities are close by, and communication was always a breeze. Some tiny hiccups were quickly responded by Maria (thanks again!) I had a beautiful week+ stay here with wonderful AC going. My only feedback is that the washer and dryer could be due for a professional clean as it had a stale odour to it.

A casa era igual as fotos e a descrição do anúncio.  A casa estava limpa, a cozinha era completa e bem servida de utensílios, os quartos eram espaçosos e as camas eram confortáveis. No andar superior existe uma lavanderia com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar roupa que nos ajudou muito, quanto aos banheiros, são 03 banheiros completos e um lavabo no andar térreo, sendo que todos estavam funcionando e se encontravam limpos. O condomínio é seguro e fica muito próximo dos parques da Disney e do Walmart, inclusive dá para ir caminhando até ele. O único porém foi o wi-fi que não funcionou de forma satisfatória no andar superior da casa. A anfitriã sempre respondeu de forma pró ativa e muito rápido. Ficaria novamente hospedado na casa.

The pictures were a little photoshopped but over all it was nice. When we arrived a little after 4 pm, I guess it was the cleaning lady coming down the stairs. I thought I was in someone else's Air bnb. The place did not smell fresh, the toilet bowls had a dark ring inside. They obviosity were not clean. There was a stain on the carpet in the main bedroom upstairs. The mattress were terrible. When my husband laid down, it was like a sink hole. I had to sleep on the very edge of the bed so I would not fall into the sink hole. The outdoor furniture was not wiped down. My husband had to wipe down the furniture. I suggest they get another cleaning service. Overall the place was nice, but the cleaning was bad.

First of all, the pool is not a pool I believe that’s a Jacuzzi and when I asked for it to be heated up, they wanted me to pay an extra $70 which didn’t make sense. It’s not even a pool so I mean, I thought the Jacuzzi supposed to be heated up But anyway, yeah everything was horrible. The beds were terrible. I didn’t like it at all. There was bugs in the house. And I definitely won’t be returning back to this location.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE- DIRTY
This home was NOT CLEAN! there were piles of dirt in the corners of every room, dirty door knobs, banisters filthy ceiling fans, dirty windows. there was someone elses ice cream still in the freezer, the dishes in the drawer were not clean. The pool is so tiny you cant really even use it and FILTHY!
they charge extra for EVERYTHING! if you want to use the BBQ grill, heat the pool, and they only provide you with one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper for the week in each bathroom. 
they will not reimburse you no matter, even if the place is too dirty to stay there. 
The house is expensive and after you have booked they charge you more fees than you were expecting. 
The beds were so hard that none of us slept the entire trip, they provide you with one towel for each bed for the entire week, and you do not get any washclothes.
There was broken drawers and cupboards, and the shower door would not close.
I asked for a crib for my little one and I was going to be charged 142$ extra to use the crib. 
they do have a pack n play that they will let you use for free but I asked them to have it at the rental property well in advance and they did not have it there so I had to stay up until after 10pm waiting for them to deliver the pack n play.
There is a fairly nice community pool and playground but they did not leave us a key to use it so we could not take advantage until they brought us a key. 
TO PUT IT SIMPLY, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I was close to a lot of restaurants , theme parks , and for the event I came for. The house was clean and the pool was warm as requested . I give the place and the host Maria a 10/10 I will be back

Maria was very responsive to any questions that arose. This was a long term stay for us and had some scheduling changes on our ends both at checkin and check out and Cozy/Maria was very accommodating. 

Area is very touristy, so keep that in mind. Traffic is chaotic at times (at no fault of host just some info)

Decor was inviting and kept an open space.
