There is an issue in the water system, if two people are showering or using a faucet at the same time that the other person, then the flowing of water will be minimal or nothing at all. Otherwise, we left some belongings in a drawer after check out and the administration was able to recover them, we are still waiting for a delivery of those items, but they were very cooperative. We believe, we were overcharged for this delivery, $75 for 3 small pieces of clothe from Orlando to Miami.Show more Courtney

Overall the place was good, we felt comfortable and loved the amenities. The place did need a deep clean, the shower caulking was brown and falling off, the baseboards were dusty. Almost all of the fire alarms were flashing red, the maintenance guy came and said it was fine (didn’t seem normal to me?), there was no oven mitt provided was inconvenient when using the oven and we noticed multiple ants in the house (about 10 total) so I’m unsure if there are more in the carpets. We did have an issue with the water pressure and no hot water in the one bathroom but they were quick to come and repair the issue. Overall we had a great stay and it was small things that came up but we were comfortable there (decent beds and lots of blankets). We loved the amenities having the larger pools as options was great and they were very clean.
