Great location, but not worth the cost!The location of this condo in Vista Cay is definitely a plus—walking distance to Publix, restaurants, and just minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. The pool area is also very nice, with a bar and food service available.However, the unit itself is in serious need of renovation. While it’s spacious with three bedrooms, the condition of the furniture and carpet was disappointing. The carpet was heavily stained, and several chairs were broken or unusable.Also, be very cautious with fees. I was charged 799 in host fees, in addition to service fees and taxes. I tried to dispute it after my fees increased from my original booking and they refused to reimburse me. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality experience. Unfortunately, the fees made the stay feel overpriced and not worth it. Wouldn’t book again unless the unit is updated and pricing becomes more transparent. S

Mostly good
The place was clean and spacious. Didn’t like the fact that we had to supply our own things once run out - toilet paper, dish soap, etc. also had to buy salt and pepper as there was none. Also didn’t have the gate key for the pool where it was supposed to be. We called, said they would get back to us, they never did. A
