This new holiday home offers a private heatable pool with a patio and lounge chairs for relaxation. The elegant 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house features a spacious, modern living room integrated with the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there's a queen bedroom sharing a bathroom with a Mickey-themed room with 2 full beds. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms: a king master suite, a second king suite with a private bathroom, and a Star Wars-themed room with a full and twin bed (corridor bathroom). For your convenience, the home includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, free WiFi, free parking, and a welcome package with bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and kitchen basics (sponge, detergent, dish soap, trash bags). Please note that replenishing these items is the guest's responsibility. Pool heating is a paid service, and there is also a fee charged to use the barbecue grill.

There are 2 clubs inside the property, one of them with a themed pirate pool that kids will love is just walking distance from the house. Everything was great!! None of the nonsense rules like fixed air conditioning temps, clean all the sheets, or make sure all the dishes are done before leaving. Simple entry and exit. While community is great ****be aware *** entry to neighborhood is consistently crowded. Not the host fault at all. Literally 30 to 45 minute wait to get in at 9pm. During the day it is about 10 to 15. Just to be clear has nothing to do with the host hence the glowing review. But something to consider. We used the exit entrance the entire trip to avoid the huge waits. There was only 1 small cookie sheet so I had to buy a set and left them for future guests.
Towels that were provided were very worn and need to be replaced.
Unit was a short walk to Bronson Club which was nice.
