Excellent stay all around!
We had a great experience! Maria in customer service promptly responded to our requests and provided excellent customer service! We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!! From the moment we entered the front door we knew we wouldn’t be staying. The smoke alarm was beeping, there were uncovered electrical outlets, the floors were disgusting (no chance our infant would be able to crawl around). The kitchen cupboards had stains running down them, the baseboards were covered in dirt and the carpet creases had food and other dirt stuck in them. There were stains on the carpet, the couch upstairs had rips and tears with the inside stuffing exposed. The bunk bed room was so unstable that it would be unsafe for anyone to be on. We were told to unplug the smoke detector to stop the beeping instead of addressing the issue that night. Host is difficult to communicate with when requesting any kind of assistance or in this case a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. Casa muito espaçosa, confortável e equipada.
