Casa perfeita! As fotos de apresentação da casa refletem perfeitamente suas acomodações, foram 10 dias perfeitos. Voltaremos em breve Horrible experience. When I checked in the pool was disgusting they said they had electrical problems so the pool wasn’t working and was backed up . one of the rooms smelled like weed/cigarettes outside garbage was filled with garbage and no bags so bugs everywhere. When I contacted the host they knew about all the issues and never notified me until I reported it first very inconsiderate to say the least because of the bad smell I didn’t get to use the room during my entire stay. And it took them 3 days to get the pool cleaned the host admitted to all the issues but doesn’t like to take accountability for any of it would rather say you the problem . Very rude doesn’t speak good English so can’t properly communicate . Weed all in the pool area cleaners didn’t do a good job cleaning . When I made a formal complain to air bnb they changed my door code and said it was just a technical issue . Just horrible all the way around not worth all the money spent . place was just like in the picture, clean and The host was really friand it respond to any questions quickly. my kids love the place and so did we 😀 hardly recommend it! house was beautiful and had everything as promised.
