(wireless speeds may vary) 4) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service with document - PET FEE WAIVED 5) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: West-face pool. Deep end 5Ft. This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. 6) GRILL RENTAL ONLY: The house doesn't have a grill of its own, but I have some rental options. 3 Burners - $115 per week | 4 Burners - $135 per week. It comes with 1 propane tank full. *1 week is the minimum payment*This service is provided by a third party company specialized in rentals and it's according availability. It's required a minimum of 24h notice to guarantee the delivery. Otherwise I can check if it's possible to accommodate the request. For grill rentals through a third party, we kindly ask that all guests who wish to use the grill sign a BBQ Liability Waiver. By signing, guests agree that they are familiar with how to operate the BBQ equipment and acknowledge that they are fully responsible in case of accidents. 7) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability. 8) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. 9) Garage available - opens manually 10) Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play & Stroller 11) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. 12) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. Our trip was very enjoyable from start to finish, great location close to everything. The host was very responsive , available for any questions or concerns we may of had during our stay

Very disappointed in the way the property was maintained before arrival. Grass and weeds overgrown around the pool area. There was MAJOR safety concern with the switch of pool/sauna being exposed and not in compliance, door lock was broken- again another safety concern. Basic essentials like toilet paper, salt and pepper shakers were empty when we needed it the most, mattress is worn out needs to be upgraded to a new one. Will definitely not come back nor recommend to others. Only positive was location and gated area.

The house was in a nice location. Company had no clue how to check in- we had to figure it out and then inform the company. We paid for early check in and then had to sit outside and wait for them to give us the correct code to get in the house. Customer service line disconnected multiple times. House was visibly dirty. Pet stains everywhere, floors, curtains, beds. Dirty handprints on walls, dirty floors. Dust and dirt in bedrooms. Blood spots on bathroom on door and wall. Bathrooms without the “complimentary roll”. The pool was green and slimy and finally was clean and circulating on the last day we were there. Had to ask maintenance to come out multiple times for pool and dryer. ETA of maintenance were not as told. Undisclosed hot tub fee- if the listing lists hot tub. It is to be expected that it is heated and not an additional charge when one isn’t stated. Hot tub was colder than the pool. Company also didn’t provide complete check out routine and had to ask what to do with keys.
