Took my wife and 3 boys to this house and it was unreal! The house is brand new and immaculate. The pool was bigger than we anticipated, the rooms were themed perfectly for our boys and the game room in the garage was unbelievable! The resort pool and clubhouse was about a 3 minute walk. The kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. Regular coffee maker and no non stick pans for anyone planning ahead. Plenty of food and convenience options across the street if you need to make a quick run or door dash. UNE was extremely informative, proactive and responsive in their communication. The resort is also brand new and in the mornings almost felt like we were the only ones there. Will most definitely be staying here again! This is a squeaky clean, brand new home. The kids absolutely loved the game room and the swimming pool. The Harry Potter room was awesome and my kids describe the Cars game room as “the best ever!”<br/>Unfortunately, these are zero lot line properties. There are lots of people and not enough parking. <br/>On the weekend, I felt concerned about the outdoor environment. There were a lot of young adults partying in the neighborhood. The outside was loud and rowdy at times. Fortunately, the house insulated sound well for the most part and it did not disrupt anyone sleeping. During the week, the neighborhood was a far more family friendly environment. <br/>We also enjoyed the family friendly community amenities. We truly enjoyed the pool, lazy river, water slides and putt putt golf. <br/>This community has a lot of potential. Overall, the kids loved their stay and would absolutely return!
