Welcome to our thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, created to offer comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The spacious living area, featuring a sofa bed, flows into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen—an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying meals together. After a fun day at the parks, step out onto the balcony and enjoy the refreshing breeze. The master suite includes a king bed, providing a private and cozy space to recharge. The second bedroom, which also has its own bathroom, features a bunk bed with two twin beds and a double bed—perfect for kids or additional guests. For added convenience, the condo includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and free parking. Great location for shops, restaurants and only 5 minutes from the club house (pool, splash pad, bar).<br/>The place is spotless but the patio sliding doors were broken. Maria did send someone out to fix them the next day but it remained extremely difficult to open and close for the rest lf our stay. There were also no cushions on the outdoor furniture (due to issues with the ducks) - the outdoor area is lovely and faces the water so its really nice to sit our and enjoy. Once message Maria did sort out some cushions but they clearly weren't for the same furniture and so they kept sliding off as they weren't the correct size. I appreciate the effort in finding a replacement but these are two issues (the door & cushions) that didnt ruin, but did impact on our stay. The place was as described. Thank you UNE homes for the easy booking and stay. Good communication of emails and text for check in and checkout. Never had to ask any questions. it was already provided. Great Home , Responsive Host,Beautiful property! It was a nice and beautiful place. It is perfect to go with your family and have an awesome quality time because you don’t have to go out to have fun. You have it all there. <br/>No 5 stars for the following reason: <br/>. Issues opening and closing the sliding door. Ended not going to the balcony.<br/>. Very limited supplies in general for the airbnb. Remember, people come from another state or country to their temporary “home”. <br/>Thank you!
