Overall Nice experience. The house was clean, neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Check-in was a breeze and parking was great right in front of the home. There are some things like the guest shower drains, patio door and closet doors that need a-little attention. The host was attentive and responded promptly. Despite these hiccups my family & I enjoyed our stay.

WE EXPECTED home away from home on our family friendly business trip...we received a home full of fruit flies and unwatchable tvs and no internet with broken promises for 'a team member to check on it'. Most of our time was spent offsite due to the lack of hospitality concerning the internet and bugs all in our faces. There were a few very serious time sensitive work that needed to be complete on my end, which was delayed because w/o internet=no use of laptops. We had to eat offsite daily because the original plan to cook onsite was out the window because the bugs tookover the kitchen & already made their way into a closed fridge. After continous attempts to reslove the matter, I eventually threw in the towel. The evening before departure, pest control did come spray 1 sweep across the kitchen floor and left, he said, the problem should be resolved in 2-3 days. May the next renter reap the benefits!! An apology and 6 hr delayed checkout was offered, but NO, not with all the bugs!!
