The theme rooms were wonderful and made our children’s stay very enjoyable / fun.<br/>The house was incredibly clean.<br/>The team was very responsive when we thought there was a washer issue and followed up with me to ensure it was completed. <br/>Our only complaints were: <br/>- the house in not in a very private area so you see and hear neighbors constantly.<br/>- the amenities for the complex are in a completely separate gated community about a mile away.<br/>- they didn’t have wash cloths only single makeup towels in every bathroom<br/>- we couldn’t make pancakes because some basics like a mixing bowl and measuring cup weren’t available among other things.<br/>- they gave us one kitchen garbage bag for the week and we would’ve had to pay for a mid week cleaning to get another garbage bag or go out and buy a box ourselves.<br/>- there was 0 flexibility on pushing back the checkout time and the owners actually arrived 10 minutes before our check out time and waited at the end of the driveway until we left.
