We enjoyed our stay here! the layout of the house was perfect. We did have mishaps, when we arrived it was late and the playpen we requested was nowhere to be found so we unfortunately had to set up an area on the floor for our baby. We contacted the host and she replied promptly and got a playpen delivered the next day. The water in the pool was ice cold despite having requested and paid for heating, once again the host responded promptly. it did take a couple days for the pool to be warm, but the host did refund us for the couple days that it was unheated. On our 4th day someone from the resort came by to clean the pool and never communicated with us; we're assuming they put too much chemicals as our kids clothes got bleached and they had chemical burns on their skin. This wasn't the host's fault, she did follow up with the pool services for them to check the levels for us, which took two days. There was a light hanging from the ceiling. The back sliding glass door lock was broken.
The pans were extremely worn and damaged and unusable. My family was unable to use the resort amenities, my husband was handed a sheet of paper stating that the address that they were saying at was listed as non-payment, and we were not able to use it until the rental company that we were saying with took care of the situation! He did send someone out to fix a sliding glass door. Gentleman fixing the sliding glass door the pans and he said that he would replace and get new pants so both of those things were taking care of . We contacted Airbnb and they told us that the host would prefer that we left the property because we complained too much.
I absolutely would not recommend this property. It needs repairs some attention The host basically left us with no choice, but to find another property at 9 o’clock at night! Do not stay here!!!Show more
