Maria was very helpful and always responsive when needed. We travelled with a 9 months baby and before our arrival date I asked about the portable crib and sheets and she confirmed that they would be in the house when we check in, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. The playpen was not in the house, but by the time we noticed it, they couldn’t bring us one. So the first night my baby slept on the floor. Also the main vent upstairs was completely dirty, with lots of dust. Kitchen could have more utensils as well like pizza pans etc.<br/>The main room upstairs doesn’t have a blackout panel, so early in the morning was very bright. Also the vacuum is broken. We had a great stay. The place was perfect and I would recommend this place to everyone
