We had an amazing Labor Day Weekend stay at this beautiful home! From the very beginning, Maria was a wonderful host. She reached out before our arrival with helpful information, access instructions, and recommendations for the surrounding area. Her communication and attention to detail immediately made us feel welcomed. If you love the pictures, just wait until you see it in person; it’s even better than pictured! The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, and the private pool was the perfect touch for cooling off in the Florida heat. The location was convenient and close to everything, and the check-out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Overall, the home exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

I recommend everyone to stay here 10/10 experience. Everything was clean from the entry to every room! The pool was clean peaceful it was the perfect size. the house came with full appliances everything you think of that you would need they had. Both club houses were beautiful and friendly. The response was quick and easy . I felt at peace the whole time we were there. I wish we would have stay longer ! I will definitely be booking here again . Well worth every dollar. Wonderful experience!

Maria had great hospitality, the home was lovely, and the location was prime for Disney! We kind of disliked the the one sink in the kitchen layout, but it worked well. The entire home was well taken  care of and the beds were comfortable! I would most certainly book again!

The townhouse was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for our family and the location was close to everything. It isn’t clear until after you book, but after reserving the Airbnb, we were sent an email and required to provide each guests information and sign a separate rental agreement outside of the Airbnb platform. After signing the agreement, the property management company was supposed to email instructions for the gate but they were never emailed to me. Because I had read other reviews about the gate being a thing, on the way to the rental I called to find out how to get in the gate and a man at the property management company texted me a link. From that link you have to download a third party app called Sage and provide a picture of your drivers license. Then you have access to the app that gets you in the gate. All in all, the place was nice and we enjoyed our time. The hoops we had to jump through in order to get into the rental, I could have done without.

Maria was a great host and very responsive. Unfortunately, the Airbnb had a significant insect issue, which was surprising for a newly constructed property. On our final night, we discovered many ants in the primary bedroom. I contacted Maria and sent the photos and videos she requested. I did not ask for compensation, as I understand that this is a new property and felt terrible that the owners were already experiencing this problem. However, the ants made us uncomfortable enough that my husband, our 18-month-old, and I slept in the living room that night. I truly hope the issue is resolved quickly because Maria was wonderful, and the property otherwise has a lot of potential.

Overall, we had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the home itself is beautiful, and when our check-in code didn't work upon arrival, customer service responded very quickly to resolve it. However, we had a few disappointments, especially since we booked months in advance for a 10-day stay. The cleanliness wasn't perfect, as we noticed several dirty spots and stains around the house. The comfort level was also lacking; the king-size bed felt as hard as a box spring, making it difficult to rest after long days at the theme parks. Additionally, the "comforters" were just thin blankets sandwiched between sheets, which weren't warm or cozy. Lastly, we ran out of toilet paper during our long stay. When we asked for more, we were told they only provide a starter supply and we had to buy our own. While the hosts were communicative, we felt this policy was a bit inconsiderate for a 10-day booking

I thought the stay was great. I believe everything was as instructed. There was a slight mishap with the door code for check in but the response was quick and easily fixed. I would say the home was great overall, the couch is a bit small and less sturdy for a group of 4 and would be huge to be upgraded to be a better fit, more comfortable and add more sitting space. Also the beds were the sizes as instructed but did cause aches waking up from. Outside of those things we believe it was a great stay and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.
