Nós adoramos a nossa estadia. A casa era como anunciada, estava extremamente limpa e organizada. As camas são super confortáveis. Os anfitriões sempre respondiam com rapidez. Não temos nada pra reclamar. The apartment was just brilliant for a location if your doing the disney/Universal Parks. The hosts helped us out amazingly when we required help ordering a piece of medical equipment for our son, when the one the brought stopped working, they ordered one for us and then dropped it at the apartment the next day. This was amazing for us and helped in a stressful situation. Although this situation is personal to us, it just shows the level of care they show to their guests. So I would highly recommend staying here. Also special mention to Maria who was so quick to answer or respond to any questions we had. K

We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was the first night with the air conditioning in all the bedrooms. It was very hot. Sent an email and the issue was resolved the next day. Other than that. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back again. J

Nice Property but needs work
The house itself was nice but it is very worn down. The outdoor furniture is all rusted and parts of the legs of the chairs were missing. All the bar stools had rips in them and one of the bathroom sinks was not useable as it had a hole in it.The property itself is in a safe location and the house was very clean but it needs some love. Carpets are very worn down, bathroom shower doesn’t have a working plug, etc. This was by far the most expensive house we have rented at storeylake (we rent yearly) and definitely was the most worn down.
