Check in is at 4 pm couldn’t check in until almost 7 pm I got another home not what I reserved this other home was not well cleaned poor accommodations worst of all no WiFi no internet at all , no service here so couldn’t even connect my hotspot from my phone with family of 8 and small children ages 2 and 5 this was very very stressful , host was slow to respond until she didn’t respond and more , she send someone the next day to try to fix only to say there was no internet connection in this home at all . <br/>This host should of given us at the very least a late check out since check in was late and didn’t offer or compensated for all the bad experience we had here . I reached out to Airbnb be support and did not resolve anything ! <br/>Please be careful who you rent from , I recommend hotels better this is very poor customer satisfaction they absolutely don’t care at all !!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST !

I will never book with this company again. As the location was perfect, the beds were comfy and the tvs worked well. That’s the only nice things I can say about this Airbnb. We had to have maintenance there for 5 days out of our 7 day trip because the fridge was broken, dryer was broken and the air ventilation system is filled with dust. The Airbnb was not prepared for paying guests. The maintenance team tried their best to fix it and only succeeded with the fridge, replaced the caked in dust AC filter, and left us with a bag of more towels since all ours were wet from the washer and we had to lay them out all over the house to air dry. All 5 of us got pretty sick half way through and til we got home from this Airbnb experience. Don’t expect anything beyond AI responses because the host, or the company I should say, is very robotic and cold.

A residência é agradável e possui uma excelente localização, no entanto, enfrentamos dificuldades com a geladeira, que estava desligada no quadro de luz. Mesmo após ser ligada, sua eficiência era baixa, com a iluminação interna apagada e a borracha de vedação solta. Apesar da equipe de manutenção ter corrigido a vedação, o congelador não conseguia congelar o sorvete, que permaneceu cremoso até o final de nossa estadia. Reportamos a situação à anfitriã, que nos enviou uma foto do termômetro indicando que "estava tudo bem" e que era questão de tempo <br/>Problema semelhante ocorreu com a secadora, que não estava funcionando normalmente, exigindo múltiplos ciclos de secagem e deixando as roupas úmidas. Não reportamos este último problema, pois se a questão da geladeira já havia sido complexa, a secadora também não seria resolvida, e preferimos não ter a equipe de manutenção constantemente na propriedade. A piscina estava suja o que desmotivou pagar aquecimento, difícil retornar a essa casa!
