We booked this property for 2 nights. Cozy was very professional in their communication.
I compare the living accommodation to a Hilton. All bathroom furnishings were provided. All bedrooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. The master bedroom Mattress
was comfortable but style of headboard and furnishings were outdated and the ceiling fan was loud sounded like a dryer with noisy clothing in it. All kitchen essentials were provided and were practically brand new. The washer and dryer needs to be updated (rusty). All in all I would say it is a good place to stay with the exception of two roaches found at the end of the stairway downstairs and one crawling under the kitchen table while eating breakfast.
The host assured us that they would follow up with the cleaners. They accommodated my family by deducting the cleaning fee for our stay.Show more A comunicação com Cozy/Maria foi muito rápida e clara. A casa estava limpa e organizada. A casa possui todos utensílios de que precisávamos. A localização muito boa. O condomínio tem piscina com rio lento e tobogãs, super agradável! E possui academia q abre as 9hrs.
