A casa é linda, espaçosa e aconchegante. Muito completa e me fez sentir em casa.
O atendimento foi solícito e eficiente, sempre que precisei.
Pontos negativos: a limpeza era ruim. Tinham muitas teias de aranha pela casa.
A banheira estava cheia de formigas e suja.
Havia um odor muito forte nos quartos, que percebemos que era das roupas de cama.
Tivemos que lavar tudo que precisávamos usar, antes de deitar pra dormir. Nitidamente, não estavam limpas. Cobertores muito fedidos e lençóis com pelos, cabelos e sujeiras antigas. Os quartos, por terem carpete, tbm tinham um mau cheiro. A limpeza realmente não é feita com excelência. E pagamos uma taxa alta para a limpeza. Isso decepcionou bastante.
Na suíte master, há um vazamento que entra pelo solo. A cortina fica sempre molhada e suja, em baixo. O carpete, próximo à janela, também fica sempre molhado.
O filtro do ar condicionado estava muito sujo. Meus filhos sofreram de alergia, mas quando pedi que trocassem, nos atenderam rapidamente.Show more The place was clean and true to the pictures posted.
